Fell off the wagon

So I ate Garlic knots....That is my kryptonite. I fall for them everytime. I just love them because they are so delicious. I guess if it doesn't kill you it will make you fat! So I gotta work out extra hard tonight...

Gym

It has actually been a while, but I went to the gym today. I forgot my headphones but I brought my IPOD. So for those of you who actually run to music will understand how frustrating that is. I ended up buying some crappy ones at the gym. Well I ran 1.75 miles. I will head back to the gym tonight and try to run 1 mile then ride the bike for about 10 miles. I mean how hard is it to ride a stationary bike for 10 miles right!!

Hello all,



My name is Angie. I am a 31 year old that has a full time job, I am a part time military memeber, and of course I am a full time mom and wife. I love my family (to include my 3 dogs), my country, and my job. I love everything about my life except the way I look. Like many (not all) women once we have kids we tend to let ourselves go. I don't have time to make my hair look great, or time to go get mani/pedi's . In fact when I go shopping I always try and see what I can buy my kids.

Well I finally went shopping because I needed a shirt for a special occassion. The worst thing in the world happened when I put that shirt on and I could the belly button hole through the shirt. It was the worst feeling ever. I am determined to make a change. I need to learn to love myself again. I love everyone and everything else so much I have forgotten what it is like to change myself.

The goal I have that I will share with you all is that I will try to lose 25 pounds by New Years Eve. I will do this old school. I will do this without a trainer, without diet pills, and without some crazy diet. Once Decemeber 1st comes around I will need some ideas on a makeover. I will get a new haircut and new clothes. I am determined to bring in 2010 not looking like an overworked mom!
