I just realized that I never posted my weight. Well when I started this blog I was at exactly 150 pounds. I got sick so I am at 145 pounds (yeah)...I am going to add swimming to my daily exercise. I can swim about 1/2 mile without stopping. I was always good at swimming....I want a trampoline. I bet that would be a great exercise for me.
